After my inspiring "let's get back out there" post yesterday I came out in a particularly nasty rash and got sent home from work. The nice lady I showed it to at the Pharmacy thought it might be the result of a virus and given how crappy and out of sorts I've felt recently I am inclined to agree.
Consequently I have been off work and therefore off games today. I shall return to training on Thursday and might get an extra ride in on Friday, although I do want to start a new Pilates class then, but I promise I will get back into this damn soon!
